Work at Dyson

Beauty is about inspiration, self-discovery and inclusivity. Since 2023, I have worked with the talented engineers in Dyson Hair Care and under a mission to create accessible routines for all hair types. As a product experience designer, I design on-product experiences for a range of future Dyson machines.

From early-stage concepts to defined features, I add value to the team and assist decision making through user-centric design research, visualising product strategies, producing user flows and conducting usability testing. The top two parts of my job that excite me the most, are the responsibility of understanding user needs and the psychology behind it, and translating complexity offered by new technology into learnable and enjoyable routines. I work closely with Design Managers, electronics engineers, human factor experts, and other physical and digital designers.

Before Hair Care, I worked on the design system of MyDyson app and connected experiences of Dyson wearable projects.
